This video talks about the cultural differences in the classes of Jamaican society. It says that the type of people that make and listen to dancehalll are lower class than the people that reject it. There are opposing views on why dancehall is considered bad: some people say it is bad because it preaches an immoral lifestyle; while others say it is just viewed as bad because it shows a side of Jamaica that people would rather ignore. I agree with both of these statements because while dancehall does preach some immoral ideas, it also speaks about the reality of a lot of Jamaican lives.
